Developing a Program Plan

This plan outlines the timeline, budget, and resources needed to achieve the program objectives

Managing the Program Budget

This includes tracking expenses, ensuring that the budget is not exceeded, and adjusting as needed.

Managing the Program Schedule

This includes tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that the program is delivered on time.

Managing the Program Risks

This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the program.

Communicating with Stakeholders

This includes keeping stakeholders (internal and external) informed of the program's progress, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues.

Managing the Program Team

This includes hiring and managing the program team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need, and resolving any conflicts.

Identifying Resources

This includes working with the CI HR staff in identifying required skillsets, gaps in these skillsets, and identifying training when required to close identified gaps.

Closing the Program

This includes ensuring that all deliverables are met, final invoices are prepared, all regulatory requirements are met, lessons learned are captured, and the program is officially closed.
